Using a range of accredited methods that we can evidence work well in the residential setting, young people develop trusting relationships that allow them to flourish and feel loved and cared for. As a Residential Worker, you will be working in Forres, Moray you are required to be a resourceful and motivated individual, a flexible, creative thinker who can work on their own initiative and as part of a team in a varied and challenging role. (Nurtured, Safe, Responsible, Respected).By supporting young people to remain healthy through accessing all relevant health appointments, eating a healthy diet and taking regular exercise (Healthy, Active). What you'll need:Registration with SSSCHNC in Social CareSVQ III or willing to work towardsIT skills to ECDL standardExperience of working with children and young people who have challenging behaviours, ideally within a residential setting.Driving license essential How we reward you:One role.
