For over 35 years we have provided cost effective solutions across every retail environment from Beauty and Banking to DIY.Due to a major client win, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional quality control field supervisor to join our Installations team. You will be supporting the National Field manager in the quality checking of the project, dealing with Installation and kit issues in the field, training and inducting new staff working on the project and generally supporting the project team to deliver a nationwide rollout into multiple retailers across the UK.The Regional QC field supervisor will take responsibility to ensure all that all of the installs carried out within the South East Region are completed at the highest quality in line with client specifications and that they are on hand to address any quality control issues and complaints both effectively and promptly. The Regional QC field supervisors will work closely with the National field manager, field staff and retailers.   Key Accountabilities: Conduct quality checks on field installers work.Report any issues and complaints to the National field managerConduct re-visits to retailers where issues have arisenDeal with complaints from the client and retailers in a timely and professional mannerTraining and Induction of new field staff on the projectApplicants should have previous experience of installations within a retail environment, the ability to read and understand planograms, excellent customer service and good time management skillsAdditional information• This is a field based role so extensive travel across your region is to be expected and occasional overnight stays may be required• You will be working on a fixed term contract lasting between 6-14 weeks depending on the region• You will be expected to work a minimum of 5 days per week• The starting rate of pay will be from £90 per day plus expenses• Uniform, vehicles and PPE will be issued when by the company, applicants should have held a full driving licence for a minimum of 2yrs• You will be expected to have your own toolkitIf you have experience in this field, a keen eye for detail and are enthusiastic you could be the person we are looking for View full job description
