The role will play a key part in driving tour (shore excursions) revenue across our fleet.Based at our head office in Southampton, you will support the development of initiatives to maximize profitability. You will motivate the onboard teams, making sure that they have the right tools to maximise revenue and customer service. Working individually and as part of a team, you'll implement and deliver projects to support sales.Key responsibilities for this position: Development of initiatives to drive excursion revenues and maximize profitabilityBudget oversightAnalyse results and initiate action plansWorking with marketing to support our productRecruitment of onboard staff About youYou'll be used to working with sales and profitability targets - exceeding expectations will come naturally to you.
