• Provide Risk and Issues reports into the PMO and highlight any major areas of concern that may impact upon our ability to successfully deliver Transitions / Programmes • Instigate Gate Reviews ensuring that best practice is adhered to and that resulting actions are completed and outcomes captured • Liaise with the Programme Director, SMT, and the relevant project managers to ensure risks and issues are documented in eStrim • Undertake Lessons Learned workshops to improve Transition and programme efficiency across business • Document preparation for meetings and assist with collation of management reports where necessary.
