Job Description: * Socialise Action item closure status for Leadership Forums and SPOCs as required * With the North Slope S&O audit Specialist to provide consistency across shifts for direction and verification of closing audit actions * Support S&O group verification Team interaction with the North Slope Teams * Lead reviews with Operations leadership teams on the closure of NS Audit actions * Report audit closure status to management, group, safety and operational risk teams and working interested owners * Coordinate pending OMS group Audits for North Slope Areas with S&O Audit Group Skills & Experience: * College Degree and experience in North Slope oil field operations * Experience reading, understanding and implementing technical or regulator requirements * Technical experience * Good people skills to coach and direct without direct authority * Excellent technical writing skills * Good presentation skills: making and delivering clear concise messages * Good composure with management and working interests owners (extensive experience working in Alaska as a lead of company operations - retiree working partial time considered) This is a contract position...View full job description
