 Key responsibilities q       Liaise with insurers in relation to sourcing the most suitable policy for the client q       Review the demands and needs of the client and advise on the most appropriate insurances to ensure their requirements are adequately met. q       Meet annual sales KPI  targets as set q       Acquire new commercial clients via leads referred from the marketing team, introducers and self-generation q       Manage the time and performance of your dedicated Account Handler(s), leading appropriate actions to develop performance and encourage career development (where applicable) q       Complete line management assessments for bi-monthly appraisals and liaise with the HR Manager accordingly General Skills and Competencies q       Communication skills – able to communicate clearly and effectively to other people with various levels of knowledge; face to face, over the telephone and in writing...View full job description
