Key responsibilities will include: Customer Service; customer account set up, order entry & transmission, reconciling receipts, data entry and customer liaison, tracking deliveries and arranging collections Providing support to Head of Sales, Customer Relations and other sales staff; collating client data, updating the customer database, arranging customer visits and collating evaluation forms Providing support to the Office Manager with general office administration; post, booking meetings/travel etc, assisting with document scanning/filing and ad hoc or routine admin tasks as required (e.g. quality assurance document proof-reading and spreadsheet work) Raising purchase orders, typing invoice details into Sage, nominal ledger accounts reconciliations and ad-hoc accounts tasks Assisting with projects in other departments and teams as and when required to help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company day to day The Sales & Admin Assistant will be an amiable, confident and efficient person who is happy to work as part of a team...View full job description
