Sales Administrator Wakefield Competitive salary 22 days holiday plus stats Onsite Parking Our client, a well established company in Wakefield, is recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator who will deliver an excellent service to customers. As front line contact you will be responsible for managing internal sales from order processing through to delivery. You will also provide support for our external sales reps and assist in driving sales forward. Responsibilities: Taking inbound calls from our established customers ensuring you are helpful, approachable and professional at all times.Inputting and co-ordinating sales orders and sample requests promptly and accuratelyLiaising with customers on all aspects of their order through to delivery where necessary to ensure an excellent customer service is provided and expectations are exceeded, thus creating recurring revenueManaging inbound e-mails promptly and efficientlyTo provide internal support to your External representative in creating sales and ensuring customer retention and having an ear for sales opportunities during call handlingLiaising and working closely with Planning & Production, Despatch, Credit Control & Accounts teams in fulfilling order requests and providing a solution to stock issuesTo work to your own initiative as well as part of a teamAdhere to set KPI’s to ensure our service levels remain outstanding Skills and experience required: Be able to manage your work load effectively, ensuring that even during busy periods you are consistently providing a high standard of service to our customersHave an excellent & professional telephone manner To work under pressure and use your own initiativeTo be a fast learner who is pro-active, driven and adaptable to the needs of the businessBe able to build good relationships with customers and internal departmentsHave excellent all round communication Skills (telephone, fax, post and e-mail) Demonstrate intermediate-advanced capabilities in Microsoft excel and wordDemonstrate the ability to spot a sales opportunity and pursue it.Experience of using a sales order processing system This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Bagnall Hopkins Recruitment who is operating as an employment agency.
