ROLE PURPOSE: Managing our client's change and transformation roadmap for Sales & Retentions with the objectives of: *Improving Inbound and Outbound sales conversion in the voice sales channel *Improving the Inbound and Outbound save rate in the retentions channel *Identifying and implementing improvements to the sales and retentions processes so that the customer experience is enhanced *Driving quality of our interactions with customers, so that non-value add activities are reduced *Reducing the amount of manual tickets and workarounds in the sales and retentions processes, so that we have less data integrity issues, less pre installation cancellations and less customers falling into failed billing Candidates must be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering change into an organisation in a structured way, as well as being able to effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels within an organisation...View full job description
