Sales / Customer Service Administrator - Are you a Customer focused administrator with excellent attention to detail? Do you thrive on working within a busy sales and customer focused environment? A busy import business based in East Ipswich are currently recruiting for a Sales / Customer Service Administrator to join their team.The key focus of this Sales / Customer Service Administrator role is to offer a professional customer focused service to their national client base and ensure all sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently.Some of your key responsibilities will include:- Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls promptly and efficiently- Processing Customer back orders- Ensuring all Order Despatches are raised accurately and efficiently- Extensive client liaison with customers via the telephone and email- Importing orders and ensuring they are checked for price and stock location discrepancies against data held in the Computer System.- Input of sales orders received by phone, fax or email- Amendment of sales orders as required- Liaising with the sales team- Assist at the trade shows when required- New web Customer administration- General administrative duties- Ensuring all filing is kept up to date- Perform all end of day checks, in line with departmental procedures, to ensure all invoices and payments have been processed accuratelyThe successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a Sales and Administration background- Experience within Distribution/Logistics/Shipping/Manufacturing environment is desirable- Excellent customer service skills- Ability to prioritise work load- Good eye for detail- Fantastic communications skillsOn offer is salary circa £17000 per annum depending on experience.
