Sales Development Account Manager You will be required to manage our existing Client Accounts at our Stratford Office, operating as the lead point of contact to any matters specific to your clients, helping build long-lasting customer relationships. Whilst managing the Stratford portfolio, you will also be in charge of negotiating contracts, helping maximise profit through identifying new business opportunities amongst existing customers.  You will also be required to acquire new clients to enhance our property portfolio; both identifying new sales leads and generating new leads through researching investors and property developers alike.   Account Manager Responsibilities:Keep regular contact with current clients, discussing requirements and package, making sure that upon renewal, we can achieve an even better deal for them, and in turn, us. Tailor make each package for every new landlord, discussing their requirements, budget, and type of management. Train, retain and recruit (if position vacant) the Lettings Co-Ordinator in the Stratford Office, who will directly report to you. The development of the Lettings Co-Ordinator role is imperative to your own success, as they will help manage your portfolio. Therefore, a comprehensive training regime will need to be constructed and managed by yourself.  Attend Local Authority Landlord Forums on behalf of our clients to make sure we have the most up to date information to keep them and their property compliant and protected.Work closely with Newham Property Licensing Committee, making sure all of our properties are compliant with licensing regulations.  Business Development Responsibilities:Keeping up to date with competitor activity; mystery shop reporting, SWOT analysis, attending local estate agent forums. Producing proposals and recommendations to the senior management team concerning marketing, office performance and sales strategies based around generating new business.Be KPI focused to make sure sales targets are not only met, but exceeded. KPIs are based around; Increase on Property Portfolio, Conversion of Let-Only to Managed properties and Commission Fee. Compile monthly sales analysis based on company data/ commercial reports in order to manage office performance based on sales targets and last year’s figures.   View full job description
