Position Overview:The Sales Director is an integral member of NetBase’s growing global sales organization. Our company is growing over 100% YOY, and we need key players to help continue this success. The key focus is to drive revenue by developing new, strategic partnerships especially with large enterprises.  This position will drive multiple opportunities within global brands –CPG, Media and Entertainment, Quick Serve Restaurants, Retail, Hospitality Financial Services, and Travel. The incumbent will apply strategic thinking skills and solid business-to-business sales and account management experience to consistently meet quotas and reap the compensation benefits for doing so.Responsibilities:Drive revenue by developing new, strategic partnerships especially with large enterprisesPerform demonstrations of product both on site and via the webProspecting utilizing modern day tools such as LinkedIn, email marketing toolsPartner with the NetBase PreSales Engineers to drive NetBase salesTrack progress and forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in Salesforce.com while creating satisfied and reference able customersUnderstand product and ideas quickly and apply those to prospects and clients for their benefitDesired Skills and Experience:Seeking high-energy, driven and goal oriented Account Executives with a history of selling to marketing and challenging the status quoShould be able to demonstrate track record of getting into an undefined spaceExperience managing and closing complex sales cycles from business champion to SVP / CMOTrack record of understanding product and ideas quickly and then applying those to prospects and clients for their benefitComfortable discussing money and selling a premium productExceptional communications and presentation skills to consistently influence and persuade prospects to become clients including client follow-upHigh influence and persuasive skillsAbility to work in a fast pace, innovative, team environment3 -10 years of quota carrying software (SaaS experience preferred) or technology sales and account management experienceConsistent earnings in past Account Executive roles while carrying quotaTrack record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positionsExperience managing and closing complex sales-cyclesSales Methodology training, marketing applications experience, and strong customer references preferredStrong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Powerpoint, Web-ex, Excel, WordBachelor or University DegreeLocation:London, United KingdomSalary:Competitive market rate salary.Closing Date:The closing date for application intake is June 15, 2017.About the Company:, headquartered in Santa Clara, California, is a world-class social analytics platform, chosen by global companies such as Coca Cola, Universal Music Group, and Yum Foods to deliver customer experience management  – by transforming consumer data into action to fuel every aspect of a business.
