From its humble beginnings in North Wales, it has grown to become Europe's largest lawn care company, with over 220 branches nationwide and a loyal customer base of over 470,000.  The RoleThe role of the Sales Estimator is to generate sales leads from prospective customers and respond to enquiries ensuring high levels of conversions are attained. Each Sales Estimatorwill generate new sales leads throughout each region. You will then follow up on each lead providing a consultative lawn analysis selling a range of lawn treatment plans. Coaching in customer service, field sales, leadership and marketing will be provided. Do you have what it takes?Main Duties:To respond/follow up on all sales enquiries and leads for the GreenThumb range of products and servicesMaintain a high level of customer serviceProfessionally initiate contact with members of the public and homeowners Diligently follow up a list of potential customers and independently source potential customersRecord all sales enquiries receivedAchieve expected conversion and sales targets agreed by the Head of CorporateUpsell GreenThumb products and services to existing customersPresent weekly/monthly activity reports Carry out any other duties that may be considered relevant to the position within the terms of your contract of employment.  Skills:Good written and oral skillsEThe ability to quicklyforge professional relationships with potential customersEThe ability to work collaboratively in a teamEEffective planning and organising experienceECombine good customer service and listening skillsEKnowledge of field sales, telesales and marketingEMeeting Sales goalsEDrive and determinationESelf-motivated, disciplined, enthusiastic, resilient and possessing good networking and communication skillsEHigh level of self-sufficiency/ self-learning /using initiativeEHonest and confident EOrganising and supervising a team DQualifications: Educated to GCSE level or equivalent EIT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook and Power Point) EFull, UK driving licenseEEligibility to work in the UKE Experience:Previous experience in door to door sales, telesales, sales and marketingEDemonstrated ability to achieve sales plansECustomer Service DLeading a sales teamD What’s in it for you?Competitive SalaryPensionDevelopment Opportunities  Vacancy closing date: 12 noon, 4th May 2018  View full job description
