Becoming a Sales & Marketing Executive with Capita Real Estate & Infrastructure:Capita is looking for a driven and energetic business development professional with the ability to learn quickly and create new solutions for clients, who is passionate about customer service, doing something different and finding unique solutions for clients.You will be selling, pitching and marketing for our Real Estate & Infrastructure division so working knowledge of the built environment, sustainability or technology would be an advantage. We will provide a comprehensive overview of our offerings upon your start but it will be down to you to research and teach yourself to become a expect in our capabilities and services. Your role:We need you to be tendering and winning contracts by identifying opportunities to support our Sustainability, High Performing Buildings and FM Integrator propositions. The majority of your role will involve meeting with clients to understand requirements and to develop proposals with our operations team ranging from £5-50k in value. You will also support tender submissions for larger sales opportunities.It is important that you are able to present well, listen effectively and take accurate notes so we are able to map needs, set expectations and offer relevant solutions whether they are software or team based.We have a large number of existing clients for you to contact and reengagewith in new ways, we will work with you to create successful, well organised sales campaigns which generate high quality opportunities.As well as working with our existing clients you will also be responsible for identifying, targeting and qualifying new business opportunities which have a high possibility of being successfully converted to deliver revenue to our business with potential for long term, strategic partnershipsIdeally, you will have experience of using specially designed Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as salesforce but this is not essential, it is more important that you have the right mentality, processes and track record. This is a role for someone who is driven by success, motivated through winning work and the successful mobilisation of new contracts. You will be able to develop a network and quickly initiate strong working relationships in a large organisationWhat you will do:Achieve business development targets, (monthly, quarterly and annual) in lead generation, quotes, and new businessContributing to Business Growth plansClient development, to increase client spend and scope of serviceLead generation for other Capita servicesRequirements (Essential):Demonstrable understanding of a sales environment, the sales process and what it takes to be successfulExperience developing proposals and tenders and working with a wider team to solution and gain approval for pricingStrong presentation skills to articulate the value propositionAbility to generate new business opportunities independentlyRequirements (Desirable):Track record in £5-50k proposal conversion in related marketExperience with marketing campaigns, from concept, e-marketing, to lessons learnedEvent managementCRM systems experience, ideally SalesforceIt would be of value if you had experience of some or all of the following:BREEAMWELL Building StandardFacilities ManagementISO14001Smart Buildings/ Prop TechBIMAbout Capita Real Estate & Infrastructure:At Capita Real Estate & Infrastructure, we work with public and private sector organisations to design, build and optimise their property and infrastructure assets.
