Main Responsibilities • To lead and manage the Sales and Marketing Business Development Teams • Maintain customer and agent relationships • Forecast future order prospects • Provide market intelligence, business development and Sales Opportunities • Ensure all tender submissions are responded to within time guidelines • Identify and oversee the organisation of trade exhibitions, corporate events and seminars • Identify and oversee the organisation of European Sales Literature • Business development across Europe To be considered for this role you MUST have the following • A track record within the defence or security sector on a regional or global basis • Experience of monitoring classified or sensitive information • High Technology market sector experience • Demonstrate the ability to close a major deal • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Team Management experience • Self Motivated • Be prepared to travel worldwide when necessary In return my client offers a market leading salary, full benefits package...View full job description
