If you are looking for a new challenge and to join a leading company at a very exciting time, don't delay in sending your cv today for this Sales Operations Analyst role.The Role Assist in implementing Salesforce as the company's new systemBe the key contact for internal staff in any questions they have regarding SalesforceAct as a liaison between sales teams, marketing and the regional CRM teamSupports the Sales teams to administer and service in house customer support issues for sales staffActively track competitive shows and/or publications to seek out new leadsActively looking at Salesforce to observe usage, movement of Sales opportunities and keeping Sales leadership informedManage and update Salesforce (CRM) and associated Sales order processing tools (ESOP, ASOP, ISOP) with sales contracts and products information through sales processAssist with administrative activities including scheduling meetings, preparing regular forecasting, preparing presentations for budget and strategy meetingsServe as Subject Matter Experts (SME) on Salesforce business process for sales teamsKey liaison point with Customer Service Team to handover contracted customers for post-sale customer process to commenceThe PersonExperience with Salesforce CRMVery strong Excel skills (CSV, Pivot Table, V-look up)Experience of data analysis and manipulationExcellent Communication skills both verbally and in writingAbility to proactively handle and respond to customer objectionsKnowledge of Salesforce a preference (google analytics)Interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasmKnowledge of digital platforms a preference (google analytics)Benefits to youSalary £23k plus company benefits some listed below25 days holiday per yearPositive working environmentPension and Life assuranceChildcare and eyecare vouchersShare save scheme, Cycle to work scheme and Talent spotter scheme to name a fewSeason ticket loanFurther training and development opportunitiesIf you have not heard back from us within 10 days your application has been unsuccessful.
