Sales Support Coordinator

Daily duties will include: • Customer liaison • Preparation of quotations • Sending out marketing literature • meeting and greeting visitors • Keeping the office diary and records relating to business activities • Input of customer records and activities onto the SAP and Goldmine computer systems • General administration using Excel spreadsheets and Word Suitable candidates must have: • At least grade A-C GCSE's or equivalent • Experience of sales administration and be a user of Word and Excel • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills gained preferably in a business to business working environment • Be experienced in handling incoming customer enquiries Working hours: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. 24 days holiday per annum...View full job description
