Key Duties: to manage, support and motivate the internal sales team; maximise sales performance to achieve efficient, effective and profitable results by motivation and training; to provide excellent customer support and service to existing and new customers and manage a process of continuous improvement; coordinate customer contact activity and organise promotional campaigns via phone, e-shot, mail shots and exhibition support; manage the CRM and other database systems to achieve maximum benefit; identify and target new potential business via customer contact, market intelligence; support the Field Sales Manager on a day to day basis to achieve growth on key account business; actively promote and sell the product portfolio to customers' and achieve the company's growth targets by winning new business.
