Sales Operations Executive required for our Colchester based client leaders in their industry. In your role as Sales Operations Executive you will support a business unit sales team, who are selling across regions, multiple brands (products/events) and customers. The position of Sale Operations Executive is a pivotal new function within the company where you will be business linking Sales teams with the central Sales Operations team and provide structured sales administration, Salesforce (CRM), data analysis, reporting and information entry support to a business unit Sales teams. To be considered for this position you must possess strong Excel skills, excellent communications skills, used data analysis and the absolute ideal would be knowledge of Salesforce CRM.The Role Act as a liaison between sales teams, marketing and the regional CRM teamSupports the Sales teams to administer and service in house customer support issues for sales staffSupport the Sales Director to maintain a hot list of leads? actively track competitive shows and/or publications to seek out new leadsActively looking at Salesforce to observe usage, movement of Sales opportunities and keeping Sales leadership informedManage and update Salesforce (CRM) and associated Sales order processing tools (ESOP, ASOP, ISOP) with sales contracts and products information through sales processProviding the forms (text) for: sales, stand upsells, promo opportunities, catalogue (publishing events), stand sharing forms for the online customer toolsAssist with administrative activities including scheduling meetings, preparing regular forecasting, preparing presentations for budget and strategy meetingsServe as Subject Matter Experts (SME) on Salesforce business process for sales teamsKey liaison point with Customer Service Team to handover contracted customers for post-sale customer process to commenceManage timings and upload digital advertisements and provide accurate analytics for internal use and clientsSupport Sales Managers to obtain artwork for online productsThe PersonExcellent Communication skills both verbally and in writingVery strong Excel skills (CSV, Pivot Table, V-look up)Experience of data analysis and manipulationAbility to proactively handle and respond to customer objectionsKnowledge of Salesforce a preference (google analytics)Interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasmExperience with Salesforce CRM desirableKnowledge of digital platforms a preference (google analytics)Benefits to youSalary £23k plus company benefits some listed below25 days holiday per yearPositive working environmentPension and Life assuranceChildcare and eyecare vouchersShare save scheme, Cycle to work scheme and Talent spotter scheme to name a fewSeason ticket loanFurther training and development opportunitiesIf you have not heard back from us within 10 days your application has been unsuccessful.
