The role: * Configuration and development of salesforce to support internal system changes * Understanding the business requirements and translating these into technical solutions * Designing and creating the underlying structure and data flows to support the application build * Where necessary integrating Salesforce with other applications * Design, define and evaluate new processes and systems prior to implementation The candidate: * Previous experience designing and developing Salesforce solutions * Good understanding of Software Languages * Exposure to salesforce.com lifecycle implementation and evaluation * SQL Server experience (desirable) * Experience within an IT Development environment would be advantageous * Knowledge of other CRM systems You will need to work closely with both the IT Development and Sales team in order to provide the required solutions to ensure maximum efficiency of Salesforce in line with JobServe's business objectives This is an integral role within the company and an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge in a fast paced environment...View full job description
