Scheduling Co-ordinator / Service Delivery Administrator - Spider. The Regions Fixed Fee Web Recruiters are currently supporting a Needham Market based organisation with their search for a Scheduling Co-ordinator / Service Delivery Administrator. They specialise in providing comprehensive, high quality occupational health and well-being services throughout East Anglia and due to growth are looking for an additional dedicated, motivated, highly organised and articulate individual to join their team.The key focus of this role is to deliver excellent customer service; to schedule and arrange the services which their Occupational Health Advisors deliver to customers and to arrange any required referrals to their wider multi-disciplinary team.Reporting to the Team Leader you will also be responsible for the following: - Business administration and record keeping- Establishing relationships with and supporting new customers- Liaising with customers and clinical staff- Ensuring all equipment, records, and travel arrangements are prepared for visits- Maintaining high standards of confidentiality at all times- Completing action points that arise from meetingsThere will also be the opportunity to be involved with outgoing customer communications in the form of newsletters, website, information sheets and satisfaction surveys.The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: - Excellent planning and organisational skills- Ability to problem solve with quick thinking- Ability to multitask and work under pressure- Fantastic communication skills - verbal, face to face, over the telephone and written- Ability to listen and have a good understanding of client needs whilst being empathetic- Good IT skills, proficient with MS Outlook, Excel and Word- Good geographical knowledge of Eastern Counties- High attention to detail- Commercially aware- Honest, trustworthy and professional- Experience working in a confidential environment, adhering to data protection legislation requirementsPerhaps you have experience with workforce planning, scheduling and customer service?
