We are looking for two part-time enthusiastic administrators to cover a full working week - 37.5 hours (8am – 5pm). Candidates must have previous NHS reception or customer service experience to support our busy Audiology Service. You will need good IT skills to be able to use our electronic patient record booking system (Training will be given). Good typing skills is essential and being able to type from a Dictaphone machine will be required to type patient reports. Deaf awareness skills would be desirable. As a Band 3 Senior Audiology Administrator you will report directly to the Office Manager and work closely with other Band 3 colleagues as a vital member of the admin team, providing secretarial support to audiologist and managers and helping with the supervision of the day to day workload of admin volunteers, apprentices and interns. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and organisation skills. You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible attitude to work pressures.
