Duties will include: Co-ordinate Conference Calls Check accuracy of Reports Re-format Comments Reports (excel) and distribute to Businesses Support organisation of results Update contact detail Analysis of some of the data, identifying key strengths and weaknesses Answer general queries Keep track of development of Action Plans Gather and summarise Area and Business Level Action Plans Support production of the quarterly newsletter Co-ordinate Editorial Leads Conference Calls Chase Leads for information as appropriate Proof reading Co-ordinate translations Co-ordinate distribution Assist in tender process for supplier Organise Conference Calls/Meetings in advance of the Conference Support internal communications of the Customer Promise Co-ordinate meetings The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills...View full job description
