As the Senior Conference Producer for this intergovernmental organisation, you will work with the International Events & Corporate Communications Manager to attend to the following: Write the conference programme, invite and liaise with speakers to ensure attendance and successfully organise the event Research, analyse and effectively communicate with key industry figures to determine the validity of the proposed topics for various conferences Supervise the sales and marketing staff whilst working on various conference events Liaising with marketing officers to organise event marketing, promotion, publicity, sales and related campaigns Assist in any logistics planning, pre-event logistics management, as well as on-site and post-event logistics Produce reports based on the feedback received from the conference attendees to influence future events Undertake such other duties as directed by the CEO To be considered for this role it is essential that you are educated to degree level in marketing and sales or have a minimum of 5 years work experience in organising and managing international and multicultural events and conferences in an ICT/Telecom industry...View full job description
