Senior In-House Lawyer/ Executive Officer, 8+ PQE- Glasgow job in UK

The role will include: - Providing a high standard of legal guidance and advice to key GHA decision makers; - Provide support/guidance to Board directors both as individuals and as a collective with emphasis on supporting the Non Executive Directors; - Be the primary point of contact for key stakeholders especially with regard to matters of corporate legal matters; - Be the source of guidance and advice within the company on matters of business ethics and manage the organisations legal responsibilities to ensure compliance; - Lead and deliver corporate projects; - Deliver Managed Information Framework for GHA; - Deliver FOISA for GHA and document management review; - Lead Legal input to Governance Review; - Drive corporate excellence/business improvement frameworks and external excellence validation within the division; - Drive new business development and identify best delivery platform and structures for delivery of legal services to third parties; - Manage contractual relations and legal agreements with third parties such as suppliers, customers and distributors; including drafting and co-coordinating agreements and contract administration; - Manage the legal aspects of intellectual property advice, non-disclosure agreements, corporate financing, acquisitions, and related legal issues; - Provide legal advice and guidance to the Director of Commercial in terms of the commercial development of GHA...View full job description
