Purpose of Role: Support on-going improvement of in house manufacturing operations and also quality assurance of outsourced components through the application of both lean manufacturing and problem solving tools and techniques Main duties and responsibilities: Co-ordinating the Manufacturing Engineering and Production Technician team you will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of assembly/manufacturing processes within Coventry Using a hands-on approach you will proactively utilise both lean principles and problem solving tools and techniques within the workplace to respond to "Takt Time Variation" and build quality issues Lead or partake in problem solving teams aimed at process improvement.
