SENIOR Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner fixed term 12 months- LEEDS IAPT LCH BAND 6 Permanent - 37.5 hours per week . An exciting development opportunity has arisen within the Leeds IAPT Service for an experienced, qualified PWP. Leeds Community Healthcare have a fixed term Senior PWP post available for PWPs committed to developing the PWP service provision within Leeds IAPT. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and resilient PWP with the skills, knowledge and experience to : . Co-ordinate the PWP function on the Screening Hub shifts. . Develop, support and provide clinical supervision to PWPs on an individual and group basis. . Continue to deliver Step 2 Treatment interventions. The RoleFollowing a thorough induction the SPWP will spend approximately 1.5 days a week on each of these three key functions with the remainder of the week allocated for Team Meetings / Management Supervision / Training / Monthly PWP CPD sessions Duty: SPWP's will support PWP's on the Screening Hub; this will include supervision for decision making on cases, development for PWP's in relation to screening, and a gateway function for the low intensity waiting list to check that protocols of offering classes/ cCBT are being followed, co-ordinating the online referrals. There may be additional spare time that will be spent completing online assessments. Clinical Supervision of PWPs : One to one supervision of trainee PWP's will be 1 day per week, with an expectation of supervising a minimum of 4 PWP's and 1 trainee. SPWP's will also provide 1 group skills supervision CPD workshop as needed per week. PWP work : SPWP's will still provide 1.5 days of clinical work in order to continue with their clinical skills. This time will consist of at least one half day 1-2-1 clinic per week, another 0.5 day for either 1-2-1, a class or cCBT this will vary and will not be decided until the person is in post. The other 0.5 days per week will be for individual supervision and admin time for clinical work and other senior project work.About YouYou will be a qualified PWP who has proven, sound experience, in the role who is looking for a development opportunity. You will be looking towards developing in a more senior role and extending your skills within this post. You will be enthusiastic, motivated and committed to providing a high quality service through supporting PWP's in their day to day work.
