Your duties will include: - Allocating jobs for field and workshop engineers - Scheduling and monitoring services provided to customers - Maintaining an up to date preventative maintenance schedule - Providing excellent customer service and keeping customers informed of progress To be considered for the role of Service Controller, you must have: - An apprenticeship in engineering (or equivalent experience) - Good Health & Safety awareness - Knowledge or experience of construction equipment - Good commercial awareness and customer service experience Additionally, you must have excellent communication and decision making skills coupled with good time management abilities.
