The Society has a vacancy for a Service Desk operator position, to work 22.40 hours a week average over a 15 week shift rota at our Head Office on Tentercroft Street (worked over 3 days on – 06:00 to 14:00, 3 days off, 3 days on – 14:00 to 22:00, 6 days off). Duties will predominately involve receiving enquiries from customers regarding ICT and property related matters, ensuring that all enquiries are logged accurately on the HEAT call logging software and acting as an interface between the customer and second line support staff and contractors.  Additional duties will also include monitoring of e-mail notifications, CCTV systems and taking appropriate action. Candidate Requirements:  You will need good IT, communications and customer service skills, with the ability to react quickly, calmly and accurately assess a situation in an emergency.    You should be able to work independently yet have an appreciation and recognition of working as part of a team.  SIA CCTV licence is desirable but not essential.
