Site Manager Fit Out job in Cardiff at Adzuna

Our client are a National contractor operating in the fit out market and covering commercial, leisure and residential projects. They have a new student accommodation project due to start in May 2017 and require a Site Manager with strong fast track fit out experience to work as part of a larger site team supporting the Project Manager with the operational running of the site. As the site manager working on the site you would be required to be hands on with management of the subcontractors, ensuring that they are all working in line with the programme and also adhering to all Health and Safety policies. You will also be helping to coordinate deliveries etc with the logistics of the site. In order to be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate working in a fast track fit out environment ideally within student accommodation. The role will require you to be fully committed to the duration of the project and able to work 7 days a week with alternate weekends off. Whilst the role is a contract position, you will be expected to behave with the same commitment as permanent members of the team and will be regarded as a key player of the contractor carrying out the work.
