Automate as needed and work with development resources to achieve quality software delivered in an Agile methodology. ?Identify test tools, test environments, test data, test harnesses needed to ensure successful testing of sprint deliverables. ?Manage defects ensuring they are correctly reported, tracked and retested in line with the test plan. ?Effectively escalate issues to appropriate personnel, particularly sprint or release test/quality related. ?Contribute towards the development and Implementation of quality improvement plans of the Test and QA group processes and procedures. ?Takes responsibility for self development in the role to be able to be effective in the achievement of personal and departmental objectives.
