Key Objectives: Own the end to end business design solution for the local market under consideration Define and own the appropriate customer processes for the market and the full suite of loyalty products and services that will be relevant for each program launch Assist the project team with the implementation and the deployment of loyalty products and services to ensure a quality customer experience, and optimal operational process Ensure Subject Matter Experts SMEs from regional offices provide required knowledge and 'know how' to the local team (as required), and implement appropriate process and structure to ensure collaboration Assist in delivering a smooth handover of the products and services to the local team or the centralized service teams (as appropriate) Skills and Experience required: Significant experience in management in either a technical or operational role Project management experience (ideally Prince 2) In-depth knowledge of analytics, campaign management and loyalty program processes and infrastructure Strong operational management skills & experience, particularly in an outsource environment Strategy, planning and change management skills Understanding of Consumer facing services Commercial capacity and curiosity The role will involve frequent travel for up to 50% of the time to global locations when you are not in the London office...View full job description
