Store Assistant
Duties include engaging with customers throughout the day, offering them a range of services and solutions to meet their needs. Building long term and useful relationships with our customer community, you are an integral part of the running of a store.Key responsibilities: Serving customers and discussing various products whilst determining the customer’s needsCompleting all transactional paperwork (paper and electronic)Building valuable and long term relationships with customersSkills required: Customer service or retail experience essentialGood understanding of English and MathsThe person: Must have excellent communication skillsFriendly and engaging demeanourReliable and trustworthyRequired to work 16 hours per week - 9am-5:30pm every Saturday and 1 day during the week.
