REPORTING TO:Head of Customer SupportJOB PURPOSE:To complete all tasks required in line with Company procedures to ensure successful running of the stores department.ACCOUNTABILITIES:Carry out picking and packing processUse of UPS machineEnsure that stores is kept in a clean & tidy conditionAny stock adjustment as and when requiredRelocation of stockFull handling of advertising materialStock checks as and when necessaryDealing with returnsDealing with all in boundsEnsure all out bound packages are despatched by the end of the day (unless other wise instructed)Ensure that materials such as cardboard and packaging are disposed of correctlyResponding to telephone enquiriesEnsure compliance with all health & safety regulationsUse of computer in-house system and emailsDeal with ad-hoc deliveries that may be related to head officeCover for other stores staff in their absenceAny other duties as and when required within the employees capabilitiesNote: Summary of general dutiesInbound ­ Lifting and unpacking of up to 60 boxes, maximum weight of each box = 30kg in eachshipment.Picking & Packing ­ Collating small boxes (1-5 kgs) and create customer delivery, packages arenot usually heavier than 5 kgUPS Label ­ At workstation inputting data to create label for packageTo cover other duties which may be considered reasonable, and in line with the role.PERSONAL:1.
