The responsibilities of the Supply Chain Administration Manager will be to monitor and develop the admin functions of Supply Chain, Planning and Production and evolve the efficiency of these departments.Listed below are some of the main accountabilities:Management of direct reports from three main teams.Responsible for analysing and processing the information prodiuced by these teams.Staff planning, training and development.Enabling your teams to deliver accurate results within deadlines.Ensuring all relevant information is shared.Work closely with Site Manager to deliver a programmme of continual improvement.Ensure a sustainable and efficient service is available to all internal and external service users.The successful candidate will possess a high level of leadership and management skills and the ability to identify issues and recommend suitable and pragmatic resolutions.
