2nd Level End User Support Analyst-Virtual client services, Windows 7, Sharepoint I am recruiting for a 2nd level End User Support Analyst for a leading ICT company based on a financial customer site in Edinburgh. This is a permanent role and it will involve working shift patterns between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday. The 2nd Level Platform support team provide remote telephone support to a virtual client services platform. Incidents are received from the customer's service desk and resolved or transferred to various support groups for further investigation. The goal of the team is the quick resolution of incidents to minimise end user down-time and maximize customer satisfaction. Key activities will include Progressing end user incidents referred from service desk using approved tools and in compliance with incident process. Telephone contact with end users.
