The team supports people in the community and their own homes. The people in the service are very keen to get out and make the most of life Make it happen - your roleYou’ll have a responsible role that’s really varied, sometimes challenging and often lots of fun. The job is all about giving people encouragement, guidance and support - so they can live as independently as possible, make their own choices and do the things they enjoy.
