We are looking for enthusiastic, self motivated candidates, who have excellent administration skills and abilities, and who are looking for the opportunity to gain experience whiting a fast paced, challenging role, withing an International organisation, Job Description * Inputting GBS (Oracle) data for project personnel: e.g. starters/leavers and rate changes * Supporting induction process by collating necessary documents for corporate retention * Production and distribution of simple reports from GBS (Oracle) * Assisting with GBS (Oracle) data checking when required * Supporting project personnel with weekly timesheets and resolving any related issues * Other ad-hoc duties as directed by Project Controls and HR Skills and Experience Required: * Previous HR admin experience (preferable) * Excellent IT skills: MS Word, Excel and Outlook * Must have experience in the use of HR Systems, including Oracle * Team player and good 'ambassador' for project * Flexible, adaptable and personable * Excellent attention to detail and "can do" attitude * Be able to multitask, prioritise and work to deadlines * Confident in communicating at all levels * Must be able to provide excellent customer service * Confidentiality is paramount This role is a temporary position, but it is based on an on-going contract, so it will last for a minimum of 3 months, but it will more than likely be extended for a further 6-12 months...View full job description
