Accountabilities: • Assembly, integration and test of guided weapons and associated sub-systems to project requirements to time, cost and quality • Manage day to day deployment of resources and facilities to achieve programme needs and conduct/support forward planning reviews • Safeguard Health & Safety for all deployed resources within areas of responsibility in accordance with company procedures and current legislation • Effective non-conformance (DRB & Level 2) management • Maintenance of an on line manufacturing capability • Proactive stimulation/implementation of manufacturing best practice within an environement of continuous improvement • Support good industrial relation activities within the namufacturing environment • Maintenance of effective communications throughtout areas of responsibility • Support manufacturing performance improvement initiatives • Skills development of staff Performance Indicators: • Compliance to time, cost and quality KPI’s published • Effective use of deployed resources and facilities • Demonstrate safe working environment...View full job description
