To ensure good relations are upheld with nurses and clients Taking full and correct details of all outstanding shifts from clients Ensuring responses are maintained in an appropriate time period to fill bookings as quickly as possible Update agency worker information to be submitted to Head Office Ensuring all company administrative systems are strictly adhered to Ensuring all problems/complaints are handled appropriately and politely Ensuring messages and complaints are forwarded to the appropriate PULSE staff, both in and out of office hours Developing and maintaining good communication links and working relationships with nurses, carers and clients Ensuring the use of the iQX system and associated systems are carried out according to company guidelines and procedures PULSE requires somebody to work evenings and weekends, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 5pm and 10.30pm and 5 hour shifts at the weekends...View full job description
