To achieve this we aim to reach more customers in more markets, in local language and with local payment options.You'll work in the Global Boarding team based out of Cambridge, responsible to set up Worldpay's eCommerce merchants. How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?You will manage a team of 7 Global Boarding Advisors, each responsible for on-boarding global customers. Your focus will be on running an efficient and seamless process for the customer and ensure Worldpay remains compliant throughout the set-up process.You and the team will work on key strategic initiatives in line with the rest of the Customer Excellence function and Commercial Team.An important part of the role is to coach and develop individuals to ensure they have the right capability to perform their role and to further progress within the business.What will make you the ideal candidate?Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment as well as strong internal stakeholder management is crucial to this role. We would also like you to be able to demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively, prioritise and work to high quality standards and tight deadlines. In order to be effective as a team lead, you'll need very strong people skills, with a natural interest in people behaviours and how to help them get better. In this role you'll need excellent communication and presentation skillsWhen it comes to stakeholder management we would like you to be able to challenge decisions when needed and work with good attention to detail and a great ability to problem solve.
