The role is to provide technical telephonic support to customers to resolve errors and issues relating to their cash machines through to scheduling engineer visits that cannot be resolved telephonically.
Key responsibilities will include: *Providing a professional 1st line technical telephonic support to customers dealing with technical, reconciliation and other queries without the expenditure of an Engineer visit.
*Daily analysis of ATM data in the proactive management of errors being highlighted in key reports to ensure maximum availability to ensure ATMs remain in good working order which ultimately will result in a reduction of phone calls being received...View full job description
