THE ROLE The key day-to-day tasks of the Technical Support include: Be a key member of the HACCP time providing information as required including issuing and filing of HACCP documentation Conducting product traceability and recall tests on random products Responsible for the quality policy and procedure manual Maintaining supplier & product specifications and customer complaint handling THE CANDIDATE Key attributes of the Technical Support include: Degree educated within a Food Science discipline or equivalent experience Experience or placement within a technical administration department highly advantageous HACCP training and Intermediate Food Hygiene Passion for food and the industry Highly analytical, organised with keen attention to detail This role will suit somebody with strong administration skills who is looking for an office based role as their first step within food manufacturing...View full job description
