Technology Support AnalystOverviewMcgregor Boyall are looking for a Technology Support Analyst for a project with our clients case management system and intelligence database across the Bank's financial crime and compliance investigation teams.Key Responsibilities:Functionality to meet all aspects of recording and investigating both 1st and 2nd line supportInvestigating Incidents of financial crime, including fraud, money laundering, terrorism funding and other events where financial crime is suspected or confirmed for personal and business customers.The case management system will support SAR filing.Working along the global investigators to ensure the successful running of the system and supervisors in the areas of Sanctions, AML, GIIG, FIU. FCI and AB C to search and review cases. Purpose of the role:The technology support analyst will assist in the management of the following areas in relation to the Financial Crime Fraud business areas:User Support: Efficient resolution of user queries on the UCM system will enable users from each business area to effectively manage their workload to meet regulatory-driven SLAs. Understanding of the business impact is a key contributor in ensuring that all queries are prioritised effectively. User Administration: There are a complex set of requirements implemented within UCM to ensure that country, regulatory and business real data restrictions are conformed to. Strict procedures and guidelines must be followed in ensuring that these adhered toReference Data Administration: Data is key to the UCM users in understanding the position of a case and the subsequent actions that must take place. Data must not only reflect the functions within UCM must also be in conformance with the organisations global data standards.Training: UCM will be gradually evolved to encapsulate all Financial Crime Fraud systems globally. The continuous. Proficient training processes and procedures will need to be available to support the users throughout this process. This will ensure that users of the system are able to perform their investigations as quickly and efficiently as possible.Change Management: As the system becomes global, users' requirements will become more far-reaching due to the country- specific procedures and regulations. It is imperative that there is effective change management in place to capture global requirements and prioritise them to meet the demands of all business areas. Key Accountabilities:Change Request process to collect, collate, evaluate, prioritise and coordinate change requests.Undertaking any additional ad hoc activities.Applicable standards, policies and procedures developed and implemented.On-going reviews and monitoring activityClear, accurate and timely implementation of system enhancementsActing as the primary contact for all non-technical system issues and queries,Providing user access and administration in accordance with agreed security protocols.Providing user training, support, advice and feedback to ensure efficient use of the system.Clear direction/advice/guidance given in a timely manner.Setting up access within all restrictions that applyWorking within a team to ensure that workload is prioritized to meet the business demandsAll queries are dealt with effectively and allow the business to conduct business as usualConfiguration and maintenance of core reference data Developing and ensuring performance of a View full job description
