Stands Out has experienced continuous growth since its inception in 2008, and attributes the sustained growth to the daily contributions of the remarkable individuals who make up the team.As a Trainee Territory Account Manager, you’ll progressively take ownership for the account management of existing clients across the South West of England, whilst proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities, representing the company in a highly professional manner at all times and focusing on building lasting business relationships.Your responsibilities and duties will include, although not be limited to;• Maintaining and growing the existing client base through telephone calls, and also face to face client meetings in order to strengthen business relationships• Proactively developing new business opportunities and booking own appointments• Showcasing new products to existing and potential clients• Visiting client sites and ensuring visual product displays are up to date, tidy and as effective as possible• Attending key trade shows across the country, maximising potential opportunities• Updating and maintaining accurate client recordsTo be considered for this Trainee Territory Account Manager role you MUST have the following experience, skills, knowledge and attributes;• Desire to give 100% from the outset, to kick starting a new career with huge potential• Superb communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long term client relationships• Self-motivation with the desire to achieve results, whilst working to targets• Confident, personable and professional manner• Organised with ability to prioritise own workload effectively• Proficient IT skills• Full UK driving licenceIn return;You’ll be provided with comprehensive training, support and the tools required to enable you to succeed and develop in this role, and you’ll be working within a business that will recognise, respect and appreciate your hard work. Flexibility will be required to meet client needs.Contract Type: PermanentLocation: Field based, travelling to client sites across South West England.
