Used Car Sales Executive – BMWWhat you’ll be doingYou’re going to be selling our used cars so quickly that you’re going to Stephen James’ next sales superstar – and were going to have to find you more used cars to sell. You’ll treat your customer politely, and full of knowledge whether in person or on the phone. Imagine it’s your grandma – that’s how to treat your customer.Role responsibilities – including but not limited to    Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and prices.    You’ll be entrusted with personal sales targets, profit targets, and activity levels – all of which you’ll need to hit. Especially since we offer one of the best commission structures around!    Provide regular reports on sales activities, follow-ups, prospects, forecasts, and new customers.    Complete appraisals of vehicles presented for part-exchange.    Ensure Demonstration Cars are kept to a presentable condition.    Rules are there to be broken but, come on, we’ll still expect you to adhere to company policy and stick to trade description guidelines.Who you need to beTalent plays a huge part in performing this role, but it’s not everything. Consistency and the ability to hit your target every month are key, and the main reasons why our Sales Executives take home six-figure salaries every year!Your experience    Over 4 years of experience in automotive car sales – ideally with a prestige brand.    Working knowledge of the automotive industry.    Able to work within a defined sales environment.    Have good administration skills – yawn, we know, but the dirty work needs doing!    FCA accredited – desirable.    Knowledge of SA3 / IVS – desirable.Your personal qualities    Process orientated mentality.    Passion for great customer service.    Understands the value of treating customers fairly – just like your grandma, remember.    Prepared to go beyond expectations.    Professional and well presented.Who we areThat’s enough about you, let’s talk about us.
