It has pioneering science and world-class clinical development capability within the business and in the healthcare industry.  It offers a cornucopia of opportunities to lead teams and foster positive culture.   The VP, Business Development and Commercialisation vacancy is a senior executive role in the Celleron Therapeutics management team, responsible for business expansion, partnership and commercialisation of our late stage pipeline products. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Deliver leadership and strategic direction within Celleron Therapeutics;Search for strategic partners to co-develop the Company’s pipeline products, forging alliances with other pharmaceutical companies to drive combinational therapies and precision medicine approaches;Evaluate new asset opportunities.Lead product launches into specified and identified key markets;particularly China.Establish and maintain key corporate relationships for product development and commercialisation;Build corporate infrastructure and foster an inclusive culture for sustainable development;Share therapeutic expertise and commercial acumen, serving as a resource for training and advice to business development and commercial partnership;Represent and lead Celleron in appropriate industry associations, community bodies and other relevant forums promoting Celleron Therapeutics in drug development and the precision medicine community;Takes critical part in business development and leading the commercial operations of the Company in conjunction with all other business units;Participate in appropriate special projects;Recruitment, training, management and professional development of staff;Budget management.Identify new finance opportunities  MANDATORY ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Must have extensive experience of global oncology markets and products and have been responsible for marketing within those markets;PhD degree;Substantial experience and extensive knowledge of oncology and immuno-oncology;Successful track record in the pharmaceutical sector;Capacious industry relevant managerial experience;Considerable experience in business development, pharma partnering and commercial marketing at both local and global levels. Multi-national pharmaceutical experience is preferred;Solid experience in oncology product launch on both a country level and global level; experience in emerging markets and developed markets is required,preferably in Europe and China;Expertise in precision medicine, with a deep understanding in both pharmaceutical and diagnostics development and commercialisation. Experience in late stage development and licensing with partners is highly desirable;Comprehensive knowledge and experience of the entire lifecycle of drug development and commercialisation. The candidate should be well acquainted with target searches, research and early development, late stage development and pivotal clinical trials.Must have sales experience, or similar customer facing experience and working knowledge in Asia/China and, ideally in both Europe/US, whilst possessing the strategic mindset for portfolio management and commercial strategies.  Should you be interested in this vacancy, please reply with cover letter and current c.v. / resume by 15th April 2018.   View full job description
