Reynolds offers remarkable career opportunities to dynamic and ambitious employees.An opportunity has arisen to join the Day team as a Team Manager reporting to the Senior Warehouse Manager.This role is to support the operation in providing a flexible service where you will be able to provide cover for the multi functions of the warehouse and be flexible in the hours you work.Duties of the Warehouse Team Manager:• Leading, motivating and developing the team• Covering various start and finish times driven by the needs of the operation providing management support and cover.• To provide resource solutions ensuring that Warehouse activities support operational and customer requirements.• Checking and ensuring the safe and effective deployment within the team• Ensuring that Health and Safety requirements are adhered to, to provide a safe working environment• Making recommendations and improvements to the way the team operates• Managing performance, attendance, conduct of team• Conducting new employee training• Ensuring full coverage of each role within the team and to achieve targets set for the team• Supporting in the company’s warehouse operation is organised, monitored and controlled correctly and that the resulting procedures and standards are implemented and managed consistently.• Quickly and efficiently record and report any safety incidents that may arise.• Addressing issues such as disciplinarians, grievances, absences etc.Requirements of the Warehouse Team Manager:• Proven successful experience of coaching, developing and leading others• Excellent communication, problem solving skills and customer focus• The ability to work to tight deadlines using your own initiative and within a team• Flexible approach and self-motivated• PC skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and ERP System knowledge would be a distinct advantage• Effective inter- departmental communication knowledge and skillsWarehouse Team Manager Benefits:• Permanent Contract• Cash Introductory Scheme• 28 days paid annual leave (increased with length of service up to 33 days)• Enrolment in to Pension Scheme• Healthcare Cash Plan• Access to discounts and savings through our Retail Rewards portal• Free onsite parking• Direct access to loans and savings plans with NLCUIf you meet the requirements and feel that this Warehouse Team Manager role is right for you then please apply today!
