Web Design Consultant – PermanentSalary : £27,000 - £30,500We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Web Design Consultant to support on our existing online platforms and to take them forward to keep abreast of updates in technology.Applicants for this role must have at least a bachelor’s degree and a minimum 2 years of experience in handling large and complex web based environmentsMust have handled websites with high customer interactions with >2k interactions a day.Lead meetings, assessing and interpreting needs and liaising regularly with the management team throughout the whole processCandidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and supporting informationmanagement software solutions to support the company systems with a focus on interaction with our web front end. Previous experience in such integrations is idealApplicants should have a deep seated passion for problem- solving, programming, clean code, and maintainability. We wouldexpect up to date knowledge of developments in the software industry and experience in some, if not all of: .Net, C#, IIS, SQLServer.Must be well versed in Web and Application security and must have in depth knowledge on constructing secure web apps and compliance requirements.Front end web development skills in Java CSS, Bootstrap,JavaScript and web design would be an advantage, as would, experience of supervising other developers.Excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and a commitment to achieving targets, high standards and meeting deadlines are all essential for this position.Last date for applications is 20 April 2018.  View full job description
