We currently have an opportunity for an Administrator in our Workforce Services Team delivering customer focused workforce activity in the LCHS Way.Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) provide community healthcare services for the population of Lincolnshire, one of the largest healthcare communities in the country, covering an area of 2,350 square miles and a population of 735,000.We deliver a wide range of community healthcare services across Lincolnshire, enabling patients and families to access care and support at, or as close to, home as possible. We work in partnership with other providers within both health and social care helping people to maintain independent lifestyles for as long as they can. We are committed to helping everyone we care for remain as healthy as possible and making their experience with us the best it can be.Reporting to the Workforce Team Lead, you will contribute to the successful delivery of the Workforce Services Team responsibilities, covering a range of areas such as expenses, recruitment, flexible staffing, contractual, payroll and Electronic Staff Records administration to agreed quality standards ensuring an efficient and customer focused service for all staff within LCHS.You will provide administrative support across the range of activity undertaken within the Workforce Services Team. You will provide advice for managers, staff, candidates and external stakeholders in line with recruitment best practice and Trust policy and procedure.You will ensure that agreed quality standards are maintained and raise any concerns or inconsistencies with more senior colleagues; therefore an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people is important.You must hold an NVQ level 3 in Business and Administration or demonstrate equivalent experience, together with evidence of relevant and continuing CPD. In addition you should have experience of providing administrative support in a busy office environment. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software systems is also essential.You also have highly developed analytical skills with the ability to produce clear and succinct reports and correspondence.
